D'OH!

Okay, a mere hour after the last post and my back is KILLING ME. The same back problem I had the day before I came down here. It's hell to get up and it's troubling to walk, but other than that it's actually not that bad...annoying, but bearable. So much for doing all the things I wanted to do today!!! Oy...

See, this is why I want to leave my present job. It's done nothing but stress me out and make my back hurt more often than it used to.

And Lynxie, before you answer: yes, it is old age, I'll admit. Shut up. :P

Is it muscular (does it feel like an overused, 'pulled' muscle)? Is it centered (on your spine)? Try looking it up on webmd with your precise symptoms. If you can't find anything (or even if you do), go to a doctor and get it checked out. Your back is not a good area to be hurting. (If it's standard lower back pain b/c you've been standing all day or overworked muscles b/c you've been hauling boxes of stuff around, please ignore this message.) Aren't you glad you're involved with [livejournal.com profile] emmalyon? You get a bonus nagging mother in the mix.
