World's Longest Burning Light Bulb (listed both in Guinness and Ripley's), and it's in Livermore (almost but not quite due east of SF, over the hills). It resides in the Livermore/Pleasanton Fire Department Station #6, and it's been on since 1901.

And it's got its own webcam! :p

So it has been on for 105 years, plus made it through the 1906 earthquake. They sure don't make lightbulbs like they used to! I want lightbulbs that never go out!

There is a REASON they do not make them that way anymore. Specifically, that Edison was a greedy bastard and wanted to sell more of them.
