Midweek Update Takes It Day By Day
It's Wednesday, right? Yes. Just checking. When I'm ridiculously busy I usually forget what day it is.
ANYWAY! Despite all the things going on, I'm happy to report that I'm still getting it all done, one way or another. It was a busy weekend driving down to San Mateo for BayCon and spending a few hours talking and moderating and all that. [I posted something about moderating over on Welcome to Bridgetown if you're interested.] And I even managed to get some writing in as well at the end of the day, so I'm actually a little ahead of the game! Woot!
The rest of this week isn't going to be as busy, but I have three social calls tomorrow through Saturday, which I think might tire me out a bit. [Not the people of course, just the energy expended...especially when it's right after the con weekend.] Thankfully we don't have too much else going on in June. In fact we have a 'sneaking out for the weekend' vacation up in Mendocino again! That should be fun. It's a long drive, but it's a lovely place to visit.
In the meantime, I still have a lot of different things to do the next few days, so I'm just going to take it day by day. That's the only thing I can do, really. No hard deadlines, taking it one thing at a time, completing it, and heading off to the next thing.
