So. Freakin'. COLD.

Currently about 41 degrees here...yeah, I know, that's nothing compared to a damn cold day back east, but I'm gonna complain anyway...besides, the entire upper half of California is hovering just around the freezing mark at the moment, which is sort of creepy in a way.

Good thing my wife made me a warm scarf! :)

(ETA: Read the weather wrong...it's 28 degrees south of the city, maybe about 41 here...I can't reallly tell, but it feels colder...)

And it is 51 degrees here with an expected high of 73. We can add another winter where I don't see snow** before Christmas, so now it is a matter of how long I go without seeing it.

**There was a mixed precipitation day that I may have seen a flake or two, but I can't say with certainty that I saw snow.

It's the damn dampness that's making it feel so cold. Oh and yeah, didn't they tell you at the border? Living in California automatically thins out your blood. In a few years, you'll visit home and need an Eskimo parka...people will point and laugh and say, "weren't you BORN here"?
