My landlord sold the building, the new owner is going to renovate, I have until March 31st to be out of here. This would be inconvenient enough if I weren't getting $900 worth of space for $400 because the place hasn't been renovated in at least forty years. Or maybe sixty.
Oh, no, Monsieur, they don't fall off trees, chambers like these, in Paris. Where else would you get such a magnificent view of the city? Ooooh!
