Dear California (Again)...
Hey, it's me again.
I know, you're still on fire in a few places, but I have to thank you for slowing your combustication rate. I can actually see (and breathe) in my city again, and I think I actually saw a blue sky yesterday for the first time in a week. And I can actually see the stockyars of Oakland again from my window at work.
Keep it up, I know you can do it. :)
